In this phase, we will get to the root causes of what’s been holding you back so you can release them and gain clarity on what your most vibrant, fulfilling, alive life looks and feels like.

We will release & shed the thoughts, patterns, inactions, and anything else that is blocking your highest potential so you can show up with confidence, clarity, and excitement to your life.

2. Mindset + Confidence

In this phase, we’ll tap into the science of neuroplasticity and the reticular activating system in your brain to become the creator of your reality.

You will quite literally reprogram your mindset, beliefs, energy, and actions in order to feel the most confident, trusting, and vibrant version of yourself instead of allowing the same frustrating patterns of self doubt, worry, and/or negativity to continue.

3. Strategy + Action + Creating Opportunities

Now that you’re feeling energized and excited, you’ll learn how to stand out in a world of distractions and create the aligned action plan to bring your dreams and goals to life.

With this phase, comes accountability from Michelle and also prioritizing the decisions and actions necessary to create the reality you want.

Starting with just $300 at age 24, Michelle founded and grew two successful business in the food industry in Boston -- but had one big problem.

She wasn't feeling the happiness or fulfillment that she thought success would bring - so she decided to make a huge shift in her life.

It was a shift that not many friends or family members understood at the time — but she felt a calling in her soul and knew she had to follow it.

Michelle traveled to all 50 states solo in her Jeep Wrangler and interviewed 500+ people across all stages of life to discover how everyday people create a life full of Vibrancy and happiness.


Michelle filmed, edited, and produced the American Happiness documentary (with zero film experience lol), which is now available to watch on Amazon and multiple other platforms.

Growing a brand off of this movement, she has worked with 18,000+ people across the globe to create more joy and Vibrancy in the everyday through workshops and speaking engagements from companies like Robert Half, AT&T, Akamai, and more.


In 2021, she expanded to deeper work with private clients like yourself to align your mindset, actions, and confidence to catapult into the life you truly want.

Yes, to make the most out of this experience it’s recommended to have this available. If you do not have it, you can estimate depending on if you were born in the morning or evening hours.
