How To Make Self Doubt Your BFF

Last week, I made a huge decision for the evolution of Boston Babes Social Club that requires time, money, risk, energy, and attention (details coming soon😉).

I felt energized. I felt excited.

And about 2 minutes after that — self doubt took over.

The human mind LOVES to keep us stuck in the same patterns and routines by instigating thoughts of worry and/or self doubt about choosing something different…

Typically, these thoughts come in when I’m investing in something new.

Or when I’m walking away from something I’ve put my time, money, and energy into. Even if I have outgrown it. Even if it’s time to elevate to the next level.

We so desperately want to know how it will work out and if it will be worth it.

But what’s easy to forget is…

You get to decide how it will work out.

You get to decide what you’ll get out of it.

You get to trust yourself enough to make your life an adventure.

You can feel the self doubt AND choose to move through it with confidence.

🎙️ 🎙️ 🎙️ Today on the Lifestyle Rebellion podcast, I’m sharing the 3 steps to make your decisions with confidence (click here to listen in on Spotify or Apple).

After 10 years of making decisions that many would consider “risky”, I’ve come to expect the self doubt. To welcome it. To see it as simply a sign that I’m moving in a new direction full of potential.

Will you choose to do the same? 😉
