3 Steps to Improve Your Dating Life
In 2018, my dating life was bleak
In fact, a lot of things in my life were frustrating me and I felt this inner angst that seemed to get more annoying each and every day.
One day, a thought popped into my head.
It was so simple, but changed everything.
“Michelle…what is your ideal? What would be an amazing life to be living?”
I took out my journal and wrote down:
I am healthy and enjoy working out
I live by the ocean
I’m in an amazing relationship that lifts me up and makes me a better person
I’ve traveled to all 50 states
I do what I love for work and feel fulfilled daily
I enjoy life every day
I drive a Jeep Wrangler
At the time, NONE of this was true.
But as I followed the process that I share in this week’s podcast episode…
AND sought out the support and coaching to hold me accountable…
Things started shifting.
At first it was the Jeep, then it was the working out…
And one by one, my reality was created.
It wasn’t luck.
It wasn’t waiting for external circumstances to be perfect.
It wasn’t blaming other people or the past.
It wasn’t waiting for a certain amount of $$ in my bank account.
It was a simply a decision to take charge of my reality.
It was a decision to shift my internal thoughts, beliefs, mindset, and actions I was experiencing each and every day.
And it’s is exactly what I teach and support my my clients with one-on-one to create the reality they want.
In your dating & relationships, and in your life overall.
You absolutely have the power to create the reality you want.
But in order to get a different reality, you must do something differently.
Because you will have self doubt, your mind will try to self sabotage, things won’t always be easy - and that’s where you need someone in your corner to remind you of how far you’ve come and to hold the vision + support for your potential.
