9 Things You (Probably) Don’t Know About Michelle

Today I’m getting a little personal, since so many of you shared such amazing questions last week about your own life that were answered on this week’s juicy Q & A podcast episode that’s out today.

So here are…

9 things you (probably) don’t know about me :

1) I tried out for American Idol once at Gillette Stadium, and sang 'Don't Stop Believin' in front of five producers (sadly I don't have any photos/videos as this occurred in 2010 lol).

2) I love watching videos on people who have gone through NDEs (near death experiences) and what it was like when they crossed over to the other realm.

I know this sounds weird (lol)...BUT the stories people tell make you feel less alone, more connected, less scared to die, and cultivate a deep reassurance with your purpose here on earth.

3) When I filmed a documentary across 50 states with zero film experience in 2019, I also owned a cookie company and a kitchen incubator space in the Boston area, which were my first two businesses. I was able to film this and travel partly because I read the book 'The Four Hour Workweek' by Tim Ferriss and had built up a great team around me to run the business while I was traveling.

4) On that same documentary trip, I downloaded Tinder and talked to guys to find out the best local spots to go to when I was in a new city/town.

...and also went on a few dates

(in Arkansas, Idaho, California, Iowa, South Dakota, and Wisconsin to be exact)

5) I have an irrational fear of treadmills and do not enjoy running in AT ALL.

For years, I tried to force myself to run but hated it every. single. time.

I just assumed I wasn't a person who enjoyed working out until....I discovered boxing and everything changed. I absolutely LOVE it and it makes me feel so alive.

Goes to show the power of enjoying the type of workout you do.

6) One of my first experiences with creating my reality was this billboard you see in the picture above. I had been visualizing it and had put it on my vision board, assuming it would take a few years to physically appear.

Literally 10 days after I created the vision board — someone who had hired me to speak sent me an email with this billboard image.

Everything happens twice. First in your mind, and then in your reality.

And things can always happen a lot faster than you may think.

7) I met my boyfriend by leaving my number on a receipt.

And it's part of why I'm a huge proponent of doing the thing that most people don't.

You never know what's on the other side of the interaction or conversation If you want to learn HOW to do this in a natural way with ease, I recommend taking this course.

8) I love human design + astrology and tune into the week's astrology every Sunday to guide my energy and intentions for the week.

I am a Leo Sun, Aries Moon, Virgo Rising and a 6/2 Generator

9) The number one thing I'm most proud of in my life is my mindset.

I cultivate it on a daily basis and it's why I'm able to guide clients through shifting their own mindsets to help them create what they want, instead of letting self doubt and overthinking get in the way.

I touch on creating your own mindset practice in this week’s podcast episode (links below). If you want a more positive mindset but aren’t ready to invest in private coaching, I recommend taking this course. It will give you the exact steps I did to create my mindset I have today.
