Create a Positive Dating Mindset

When people learn that I traveled to all 50 states and interviewed 500+ people on how they create happy and fulfilling relationships….

I often get asked one simple question:

“so, Michelle….how did they do it????!!!”

Well, the ONE theme that ran through every single conversation I had was:

In order to shift your current reality, you must start internally first.

Meaning, before each of their external reality shifted…

(aka before that amazing man or woman walked into their life…

Or they felt confident walking into that event to meet new people…

Or they felt grounded in getting ‘rejected’ and seeing it as re-direction to something better…)

They started internally within their own minds.

Because how often do our own minds mess us up or self sabotage?

Instead of looking at their current reality to dictate what they got to have in their lives…

They decided to create from a place of possibility.

A place of pure potential.

As Robin Sharma says:

“Everything is created twice, first in the mind and then in reality.”

The truth is, your current dating reality is a result of all the thoughts, beliefs, and actions (or inactions) you’ve taken in the past.

In order to shift the future and create the reality you want —

You must begin to shift your thoughts, beliefs, and actions to align with the version of you that already has what they want.

The version of you that feels more energized, excited, grounded, and confident while dating.

When you do this — you inevitably create the reality you want to be living.

The awesome thing is that every human being has the ability to literally RE-WIRE their mindset, thoughts, and beliefs. This is called neuroplasticity and was discovered in the scientific community a few decades ago.

So wherever you’re at today…

Or no matter old you are…

Or what has been happening up to this point…

You always have a choice to begin the process of rewiring your mindset and shift it for the better.

It does take consistency, AND it does take kindness and patience with ourselves along the way.

The best part is, all it takes is a few minutes per day to get started in the process.
