Breathwork & Bubbles with Boston Babes Social Club!
Join us on Saturday March 8th at 11AM for a private breath work session and enjoy crisp Prosecco and connection with other amazing Boston-area girlies after!
The 45-minute transformative breathwork session will be led by Kelsey Rudzinsky, and is perfect for those who are new and curious about breathwork as well as for those who have experienced it before.
With gentle guidance, you’ll explore the power of conscious breathing to release stress, deepen self-awareness, and rejuvenate your energy. Afterward, we’ll shift from breath to bubbly, creating space to connect and sip in the cozy City Retreat space. It’s the perfect way to balance inner calm with lighthearted socializing to start your weekend.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat
Blanket and layers (people tend to get cold when they breathe. We will have extra blankets)
Journal
Water
Anything that helps you feel grounded (ie. relaxing oils, crystals, a stuffed animal, etc.)

Before all Boston Babes Social Club events we start an Instagram group chat so you can get to know one another ahead of time! Most first timers to our events come SOLO, so you are not alone - the typical age range is from 24-38.
